Enoch walked with God and never saw death. Maybe he really deserved not to see death having endured dying to the world around him, for 300 years. (Genesis 5:24)
He lived in the midst of a world that totally displeased God so we can imagine the pressure, the daily heart and soul pain he had to carry and daily death he had to die. So much that God looked upon the corrupt earth and found only HIM worthy. (Genesis 6:12)
Hm....What kind of seperation is this? That a man, flesh and blood would choose to follow a minority kind of God in a violent and corrupt world.
These two great men, we know not much about them. Yet we know so much about one thing in their life that counts; they stood out for Christ.
My dear friends, What do you want to be known for?
Do you just wanna be like a wind that breezed though mother earth and left the same way it came?
Would you choose a life with so much "controversies" an "poppings" over a peace filled yet glorious life in Christ Jesus?
I, Sarah, I don't care about the glamor. I do not want "controversies" or "the poppings".
I may not be the number one person on your list of most favorite persons. The things those things don't count.
The preacher in Ecclesiastes stated from experience that all is vanity. so why waste my precious but limited time on this platform called "earth" on the things that will not live forever.
I, Sarah, like Noah, lIke Enoch, I wanna be known for my genuine walk with God. I wanna be seperated for Him.
Because I have searched and I known what life eternal is, and where it reside, only in the bossm of my Lord Jesus Christ.
Now, I put it to you my dearest friend, What do you want to be known for?
Have you decided yet or still thinking?
Jesus is waiting for you.
